@georgetakei It's called "government as a service". Pay the President and get services from government (such as an exemption for tariffs, having environmental regulations lifted etc).

Very business-friendly and far more efficient as a single bribe to the president gets things done very fast, compared to having to bribe all congress-critters and regulators and wait months.

Trump was elected to be business friendly, and that is exactly what he is delivering. And Congress is happy with this.
