I was never much of a naps person or really even a sleeping at all person but then I got long covid which gave me no choice in the matter and now I find them pretty nice.

The curse of being a night person in a world constructed by day people.

They call NYC the city that never sleeps but I can tell you with confidence that 99% of that city sleeps too.

If you ever want to experience absolute post-apocalyptic desolation, take a walk near Wall St. at midnight.

@complexmath I feel ya, friend. I've always been a nightowl, but once I developed me/cfs, my sleep got more and more disordered, until now I'm fully non 24. I often sleep for over 12 hours, and stay awake for 20 or more. It's so hard to plan, or to make (and keep) appointments. It's even harder to get clinicians to understand this.
