Update on the Rail Baltica project.
(standard gauge 200kmh line from Poland to Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. )
The last 3 countries are build with Russian gauge 1520mm, incompatible with 1435mm standard gauge.
- costs have skyrocketed.
- now scaled back to single track but with plans for double track.
