You cannot claim to act on climate while ignoring the massive emissions of war.
Count military emissions, expose the damage, and make those responsible pay for the harm done to the climate and ecosystems.

@greenpeace Ever hear of Rickover? He usurped, along with Nixon, one of the only graduations of burning fossil fuels long term, and turned it into Cold War armaments manufacturing, through weapons grade plutonium generation.
One of the more guaranteed ways of breaking out of a recession/depression, is starting a war. It also just happens to be a proven Capitalism greed vehicle, and blatant abuse of power, at the far greater detriment to the average American - as well as other peoples worldwide.
These abusers must be graduated, asap.
@greenpeace War is fucking crazy, one time I read about some rocket launcher that uses plastic pellets behind the rocket as reaction mass, so when you fire it it just scatters a shit ton of plastic all over the ground behind you.
I guess "wage war responsibly" is a really hard sell.

The graphic spiral that @flexghost posted recently showing the temperature climb since the 1880s, the spikes at each major conflict point were remarkably stark. WWII seriously kicked things up by a whole gear. But you can see all the flexes after that which coincide.
War is always about, like, 3 rich assholes. Then they kill everyone till they're sufficiently distracted or demised.
@greenpeace I learned this when an elementary History teacher told me "they don't measure tanks in miles per gallon. The measure in gallons per mile." And everyone handwaved me when all the hybrids came out and I asked, "Where the fuck are all the hybrid tanks then?"
@greenpeace the concrete dust from bombs in Gaza will be responsible for decades of respiratory problems in this region, on both sides
