i made this for dinner tonight subbing baby russian kale i grew myself for the spinach, and cooked dried chickpeas instead of canned and it was really tasty (i used a bit too much cayenne :hot_face: ) https://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/moroccan-chickpea-carrot-and-spinach-soup
oh and i used the liquid i cooked the chickpeas in, and homemade chicken stock for the liquid.
luckily i had some plain yogurt around to counter the heat :)
