For the second time this month, Ukraine struck the Vtorovo oil pumping station in Russia's Vladimir region, which supplies fuel to Moscow.

The station is part of Transneft-Upper Volga and serves as a key logistics hub for pumping refined petroleum products to export ports and domestic consumers.

It is used to transport diesel fuel to the Moscow Ring Oil Products Pipeline

SSU drones struck the facility's technical buildings, triggering a detonation.
