I don't think there's a human listening, but could you also not have Canada store the entire archive along with Germany, Norway, Australia, Uruguay, Botswana, Singapore, you get the idea.
That way, when one country is overrun by corpofascist turnips, the whole thing is still there?
Maybe this is already happening and I don't know about it.

I like the idea! I'm a little confused; what's the role of IA Europe? They built the software? The kiosk? They collected the websites?
