    For #FreeCADFriday we have this simple T-profile used to mount some bins below a shelf.

    And because 3D-Printing is boring, I convinced @derwellensittich to mill them. The only 'suitable' material we found in the hackerspace is a thermoplast (PVT) that makes a nice goo when not properly cooled.

    With adaptive toolpath it gets better as its easier to evacuate chips and thus the heat. But on deep cuts the shaft of the endmill rubs on the material making just to much heat.
