The first Jurassic Park Movie (1993) is still pretty good for its VFX & Special Effects.
But the Technology back then was not great.
Which Computers, Video Editing Software, OS, & other Hardware did they use to produce such a visually complex movie?

@danish_akhtar7 Jurassic Park is pretty well documented because it was such a famous movie, so a lot of this is suuuper google-able.
But basically, SGI Irix Workstations using Softimage to animate the dinosaurs, and Pixar RenderMan as the main renderer.
In those days, the actual edit was probably mainly done by cutting physical film rather than NLE software. Only the specific VFX shots would get scanned into the computers. There was only a few minutes total of CGI VFX.

@danish_akhtar7 @wrosecrans Less know, they also used Amiga 2000 for some pre-production animatic work (the Trex is the biggest example).
It was an accessible model, and Amiga was very well established in the video production market.
@danish_akhtar7 @wrosecrans I took a while, but I found that documentary that covers the CGI side of Jurassic Park, is called Jurassic Punk. It should have all the details you are looking for about the machines and techniques used.
