@juliewebgirl However bad you think bias in hiring is, it's even worse.
The sad thing is that many of these tools, including HireVue, significantly _reduce_ bias in hiring.

@juliewebgirl But, the homogeneity effect remains a problem, and I only know of one company that invested _any_ resources into addressing it.
I'm not going to say who, because it would reveal too much of my identity.
