I know that #AI is a constantly evolving feast of buzzwords, but are there any recommendations for actual useful products and use cases to help a small business provide better service to their customers (I stress not by replacing humans but augmenting them so people can do less drudge and more fulfilling and creative things). Even better if they are cost effective and have good tutorials!

@Offbeatmammal The trick to this is identifying the drudge work you’d like to automate and then seeing how AI can help. I’ve been using Claude and even pi.dev talking to a local model to automate data processing tasks that I was having to do repeatedly. The local model runs on a couple of second hand GPUs from eBay, but a newish Mac mini works too. Go for memory over cores.
