I’ve had a giant cheese plant that kept growing till nothing I could do to help it. I’ve had smaller offspring stay small and they have been happy for years and still thriving ! It’s about addressing the needs. Constant growth is for greedy companies. If you keep your tight knit community happy and all the needs including infrastructure costs are met then there is no problem.
