    Tip: If you cannot locate an email address for customer service for a company, open the Terms of Service, search for (press ctrl+F) "@". Almost always, you can find an email address in there.

    @jilleduffy

    I like going to the about our executive team page.

    Then firstname.lastname@

    Then send the email again, with no dot.

    Explain their website is lacking contact information. Then your problem.

    Most of the time someone gets back to you

    @jilleduffy I refuse to deal with any company online that doesn't have three things (a) an address; (b) a phone number; (c) an email address. I was ripped off by one that I realised afterwards only had an email address to which they failed to respond. LinkedIn also only had a street address in San Francisco thatcwas the only alternative to trying to communicate through their nonsensical algorirhm driven contact system. It cost me $ 90 to courier a letter to them asking to terminate my account - which had been blocked for spurious reasons. Never again!

    @jilleduffy I used this trick while job searching. If I knew the name of the person I wanted to contact, I just searched the website for any email address. Usually found one on the Community Relations page. Then used the format to insert the other person’s name.
