Second/thirded. I'm approaching the same situation at dayjob (we're at "you must use LLM codegen" but not yet at "your use will be measured".)I'm finding it refreshing to be interviewing while I still have a job. It's nice to be able to be picky and ask about company culture and benefits and stuff.
