Paris is unbreathable atm so I cancelled all my non urgent medical appointments and will spend the whole summer at my grandma. I'm so mf excited. No gym ofc closest village is 9kms away, but my sister and I built sort of one with a real punching bag, an elliptical and an olympic barbell with weights with found in the trash, and I have my adjustable dumbbells, my dirt bike, my jump rope, and my parallettes. I want this summer to be: movement asf, nutrition asf, and motherfucking type design asffff. If I'm depressed bc I'm at home, I better work to get out of it. LFG

I'm using the Session app in combination with Cold Turkey, Toggl, and my SteamDeck. This means that by pushing a single physical button on my deck, I toggle a Session session, which in turn…
_ toggles a Toggl session, tracking my time;
_ toggles the internet on and off, by blocking all of my browsers + the app store;
_ toggles on and off whichever music app or video was last open.
