Is plowing soil good or bad?
I assume it's not that simple, but I don't know.

I'm reading Stewart Brand's Maintenance of Everything and learning about the history of the plow and the blacksmith and the mechanic. And wondering at how the plow can be such a symbol of good, yet also be such a tool of destruction.

I realize I don't know enough about farming to say if plowing is actually bad, as I've read from Masanobu Fukuoka in One Straw Revolution and Wendell Berry.

Are there side effects/onboarding issues I should watch out for starting low dose naltrexone?
