HOW I laughed when I saw cat soup in the supermarket. What kind of idiot buys their cat soup, I thought? Me. I do. Turns out I'm that idiot because it gets them to drink in this heat. I already add a bit of water to their breakfast and they lap every drop of the water in their Saturday morning tuna, and Sparks has just snarfed a pouch of soup let down with 50% extra water. I worry about these crystals male #cats can develop in their waterworks and Sparks rarely drinks.

Slowly getting over my vocal sense of humour failure from a planter blowing off the indoors windowsill while I was manually sanding a polyfilla-ed wall 🤬 The planter was swiftly followed through the air by the small watering can, which had just enough water in it to contribute to an almost unwipeable mess on the lino floor. As I hate sanding this is all the fault of having to bloody well sand the stupid wall. Thank you.

Has it been a good year for (grey) #squirrels? I find it difficult to imagine any wild mammal is having an easy time of it, but I keep seeing squirrels in all sorts of different places and I've begun to wonder. #wildlife

Edited to add: within two minutes of posting this I saw a squirrel in my driveway!

I'm expecting it to start talking to me and moving round the room by itself 😣

Am I going to be at yoga for 9.30am tomorrow, then make granola, change the bedsheets, sand polyfilla-ed old radiator fixings and sow carrot seeds? Or am I not? Honestly right now it could go either way, but going to yoga and walking down does put me *over* my exercise target for the week 😇
