Market should be extremely regulated. It fails at adressing long term issues. There should be a limit to individual wealth as its concentration in the hand of few goes against democracy. The growth dogma is a dead end as it relies on finite resources. "We cannot do anything against that" I am hearing around me. Can we?
How many feel here that a revolution is long over due ? The current system is leading us to an unprecedented disaster.

The AI propaganda is insane. Was recently in a restaurant talking about my experience about that, likely somewhat slightly noisy, and 2 persons at the nearby table, apparently Web developers, told me i'll have no choice. One of them told that one of their customers ask them to include AI features in the app but had no clue about the actual purpose. Just to be "modern".

Ça fait des milliers de patterns fournis gratos à des sociétés d'IA en mode prédation.
Sous-traiter la distribution des billets dans l'IA, c'est un choix qui vieillira mal.

Open source sucks as much as proprietary software. The only difference really is that you can look at the source code, but hardly nobody does in fact, so there isn't much value in adopting it.
Advice: stay away from computers as much as possible. There is so much garbage in them.

Is anyone aware of an open source licence that has a clause that forbids its use in other software written using LLMs ? Like MIT-no-LLM . Trying to find a way how to effectively resist.

Code reviewing was never the most interesting thing to do. But it had one important element. That, if done right, it was knowledge exchange between the reviewer and the coder. That can be quite motivating. Helping a fellow coder to become better. Reviewing "AI" written code does NOT come with that potential reward. The machine doesn't learn the way a human does. This turns code review into a menial, fruitless task that leads to frustration instead. That's my observation and opinion.
