    Working hypothesis: The decline of the left is not because the right is more attractive than before. It's because many of the left flushed their moral compass down the toilet over Ukraine ("We don't want war, surrender!") and Israel ("10/7 was justified resistance! Yallah Yallah, river, sea!")
    And those on the left who base their values on solidarity rather than tankist ideologies are appaled and refuse to listen to left parties and groups anymore, even if it's not about above mentioned topics.

    and "the middle"? Many are decent people who know what solidarity means. They are not "political", but they wouldn't hesitate to stand up if someone around them is attacked.
    Then there are the opportunists. They didn't go right when it was still seen as repulsive, but oh boy how quick they jumped on that train when it became popular and they didn't have to hide anymore.
    And there is the "dull" middle. They just don't give any fucks except consuming what capitalism shits at them.
