    Good Morning from #Pasadena. Resumed our walks in #Altadena this week. Our first walk was great; where we went there had been virtually no damage. But that wasn't the case of our latest walk.

    This area was a beautiful neighborhood full of amazing old houses and trees. At least 1/2 of those old houses seem to be gone, at first sight. But it's hard to tell with so many trucks everywhere.

    Not feasible driving around for a look and I stay on the beaten track away from trucks and bulldozers to avoid too much toxic dust, especially with Moses.

    @SunnJax I have to find a before picture too. The vegetation is quite scorched in places but other places it’s just the house and the garden is intact. Or a while neighborhood gone except 4 houses in a row. Or everything looks fine then you go across an intersection and it’s like the place was bombed. I’m still quite shocked by it all and it’s been 3 months. I don’t look at news much anymore but I seem to recall big fires on Colorado. Did it burn part of your town? Those fires are fierce and frightening though quite a lot of homes were saved because some people stayed or went back.
