
1) I made lentil stew yesterday, with some ham onion and ancho spicing. The only regrettable thing about it was how quickly it is getting eaten.
2) I’ve started lifting weights again, and am starting to see some results: managed 5 full sets of 20 bicep curls for the first time in a while.
3) Saw a bald eagle this morning while walking. It’s really cool to live where I could see eagles from my balcony.
