Trump appointees asked a federal cybersecurity agency to secretly acquire a voting machine — and hack it

For those who think the midterms are going to put a leash on the Orange Defiler and his criminal cult: prepare for a deception. These are going to be Russian-style elections: thoroughly rigged.

I've said this before, and I'll say it again: this government, lead by a convicted felon, is not playing by the rules and will not concede.

When Trump returned to the White House in January 2025, his administration immediately started to dismantle CISA. The administrative notices were sent out just a couple of weeks after the inauguration and included the team in charge of dispelling disinformation.

In his first term, he was an loose cannon, an imbecile who didn't know how to use his power other than as a personal toy.

But his second term is different. People who can think, plan ahead and speak coherently and in grammatically correct sentences have done their work. Heck, they even published it: Project 2025.

The Orange Defiler is only their tool (pun intended): a shameless, narcissistic loudmouth that will always draw the attention to himself, thereby allowing the people with the brains to do the real, dirty work without too many people noticing.
