The law is currently only applying to big tech ngl (platforms with millions of users) and since fediverse is a bunch of federated instances…. it doesn't really affect here at all. (decentralization W)

I take it a decentralized network doesn't count as one platform?
The US laws I've seen don't count Fedi as one platform, but I can't read Portuguese. 🤷♂️
