Tbf, it wasn't a big hit, & it was on my helmet, but the bugger kept chasing me! High side of Woodford station.
New wheel on, a whole week off the bike, distance required, Oaks it was. Pleasingly, my *avg* HR was 17bpm lower than last time. Dunno what was going on that day 🤷🏼
Less flowers today, but flannel flowers were out, & some pockets of boronias remain. Anyway, I felt good, got exercised, had fun.
