@shadowfals @lumi journaling, writing @ fedi toots ohne recipient and such, all tried, big issue with all that is that our problems seem so unseen and cause of that it doesn't help really...
there's a fundamental need to get seen... something that dosen't respond doesn't work (also not friends we can dump on but who are unable to emphasize!)
