@Remittancegirl Every time I see Farage in my timeline (I have his name filtered but occasionally I peek) I think of his relationship with Trump.
Brexit was proof-of-concept ahead of the 2016 US election.

@Remittancegirl And of course this image also comes to mind -- it pisses me off immensely that the first thing Farage did after the referendum was note the tanking of the pound sterling, as if he'd shorted it (because he likely did).
There's never really been an investigative piece on why so many hedge fund/investment bankers were involved in Brexit and in Trump 2016.

I almost didn’t recognize trump.
He didn’t look like a bloated tick sucking the life blood of the electorate
@MedeaVanamonde I have suspected for some time he's not only got some form of dementia but congestive heart failure which exacerbates his dementia.
The literal bloating including his cankles is the fluid his heart can't pump out of his body. It's flooding his brain. The ugly bruising on the back of his hand is likely from IV therapy for the CHF (and it's no longer as effective as it was a year ago).
He's going to get worse before things get better -- it's the only direction entropy goes.
