I like the idea of stripping Musk's security clearances, which would take him out of decision-making at the majority of his corporations.
Tax capital gains the same as income. Eliminate the cap on SS/Medicare taxes.
Another measure would be limiting the amount of money people can borrow against stocks and stock options including external audits of private corporations used as collateral.
