Of course if we don't turn both Congress and the Senate in this upcoming election (and his health doesn't fail before the end of the official term) he intends to remain in power over America until whenever his health should fail and will probably succeed in doing so, but yeah, it has been longer than two years and his first time of rule had lasting reach...
