This sculpture is at the National Museum of Science and Nature in Ueno Park, Tokyo. I really, really like this sculpture and I am so satisfied with this picture. I don't know anything about it but overall (see earlier post) there are really nice brutalist... things... here.

@PsySal Nice! It looks like an Isamu Noguchi sculpture to me.
@enriquericos I searched up his work but I couldn't easily find out if he made this. However-- I *have* seen his tables before!!
@enriquericos I zoomed in and I can see a plaque that says it is "Space and Earth by (illegible in my photograph)"
@PsySal A quick search gives me his tables too 🙂 , and very different looking sculptures, good thing I found the exact reference I was looking for (attached here).
And "Space and Earth" sounds very Noguchi too, so maybe that sculpture isn't his, but there's at least an influence. I bet you'll like his granite carvings.
