I beg to differ: we Europeans should deny entry to the Baltic Sea for Putin's shadow fleet. That is not just a moral obligation. It is paramount to protect a sensitive ecosystem already under threat. Also, to live up to our commitments ... . Yet, this is not going to happen. It's a shame!

Ukraine on the other hand will hardly act there. It is concerned not to lose the little support it has. Which in turn is under threat by the rise of the far right here in European countries, I'm afraid.
