I really like discovering new music. It's the great feature of streaming services like Tidal or Spotify. But this is COMPLETELY broken when they start shoving #AI generated music into my discovery playlists! Not to mention the fact that this isn't evident ANYWHERE, so I have to search around because this sounds a bit weird or why the fuck do you keep suggesting SKARS EVERY WEEK as something new I might enjoy when I don't even listen to that genre?

Seriously, the first music music streaming provider to ban AI music gets my patronage and undying love.

@Gjoel I'd rather see recommendations of good music than recommendations of music I might like because I listened to something similar at some point.

@drgroftehauge Good music is very subjective though. Tidal has a few playlists that touch on "good music" or "music we're listening to now" and that's typically not for me. Matching the genre is important too.

@drgroftehauge From what I hear Quboz has the same issue. The proliferation of AI generated music has a lot of challenges, even if your service doesn't prefer to serve it because it's cheaper.
