@jon Do you think there would be any way for Virgin to run their cross-channel service less like an airline? 🤔

- They cannot get rid of border controls and security stuff.
- They probably cannot remove mandatory reservations for that reason.
- They cannot significantly shorten check-in times for that reason as well.
- They probably cannot improve waiting areas as those are the responsibility of the station operators (I guess?)
