So apparently, I had already started reviewing Christmas movies this time last year with my usual roundup of horror movies. My problem this year is there hasn’t been anything good.

I looked at what I have here and the only viable one the picture quality is absolutely diabolically bad.

So if anyone knows any recent Christmas themed horror movies and can throw me some recommendations, I’d appreciate it.

Literally all I have on tap right now is the remake of Silent Night, Deadly Night.

My girlfriend’s parents have a ground floor suite that has been vacated by her brother and his family. We are really hoping that they will let us move in. While the suite we currently live in is OK, the noise upstairs is getting worse and worse from the kids.

Another week, another email telling me my details have been stolen from some bullshit system I had to sign up for.

No punishment for the massive security failure. Just a simple "Our bad LOL" and no consequences of any kind for the company.

I once knew a joke about sucking a fisherman's friend...

I love that for the next week, if I can't sleep, I know @desertbus will be there for me.

Julie!

I miss her on here. I miss her hockey posts.

Thank you to those of you who like my little comedy posts I make. They are all my own content, and if they're not, I will always credit where it came from. (Like when I was posting Barry Cryer jokes.)

"My father was a pasta."
"Don't you mean pastor?"
"No. He was linguini."

The abject cruelty of the US Administration, its border services, and its healthcare system, and how it killed a Canadian citizen living in Point Roberts, USA, is the top story this morning on the CBC.

As it should be.

This is what the USA has become. Cruel. Inhuman. Uncaring. Indifferent.

Me: it's still hard for me to accept that big tech did "embrace, extend, extinguish" of Linux 🙄
Bae: it's worse, they did "embrace, extend, extinguish" of Linus 🫩

Just remembered I've moved since last time, so I need to update my profile to donate to @desertbus.

So folks remember to check your profile if you donate, so if you win something they can send it to the right place.

I think going out three times in six days and getting my flu and Covid shot amid all this has absolutely wrecked me.

Woken up feeling like garbage. 😭
