I'm on-site if you wanna talk about anything @dnsoarc, like Check My DNS (https://cmdns.dns-oarc.net) or any of our open source software (https://codeberg.org/DNS-OARC) that I manage, or just if you wanna tell me to fsck.ofs with 🥰
whatever, go my compiler
I really like internet memes, and this one definitely made me smile 🙂
It probably overestimates my role and should encourage more people to support open-source projects, particularly @thephpf, which handled the two recent critical security vulnerabilities exceptionally well by preparing patches, including for older, unmaintained versions, and by communicating with package maintainers in the distributions (like @ondrej and me), and by providing information to users.

Can we put it back maybe?

After nearly three decades of attending @ripencc Meetings, this one will be a little different for me, as it'll be my first representing @quad9dns
Having been part of the RIPE community since 1996, I'm really looking forward to catching up with familiar faces, meeting new ones, and having some interesting conversations.
If you're heading to Sofia for #RIPE93, do come and say hello to @farrokhi and me. Always happy to catch up over a coffee!
See you in Sofia! 🇧🇬

Love this!
ISC has been fortunate to have @ondrej as our Director of DNS Engineering since 2017. But independently of his day job, he is an important maintainer of PHP packages for Debian and Ubuntu.
This has become even more significant over the last few days as the PHP RCE vulnerabilities have been disclosed.
We are so proud of Ondřej, and grateful for him and all the other unsung heroes of the global Internet who work for the common good.

I would like to point out that there's also @remi who does the RPM PHP packaging and lot of other work for the PHP ecosystem and my work would be much harder without his work.
How to say you're not qualified for your job without saying your're not qualified for your job.
Subject: [Dawn] DAWN WG is created :flan_nooo:
In case you were wondering, that's "Discovery of Agents With Names" i.e. AI + DNS.
Our global team, including @ondrej, worked around the clock to deliver PHP2Shell fixes: ~500 builds covering all 12 supported PHP versions, 10 Debian/Ubuntu releases and up to 4 architectures. Updates rolled out progressively over ~15 hours, with the rollout fully complete by 1:30 AM CEST.
OpenAI ambulance chasing the PHP vulnerabilities and pretending they found and disclosed them (they did not) is disgusting. It’s a media play and it’s really gross, and says a lot about OpenAI.
