Finally found an Oatly which doesn't contains oils. Oatly Organic... I think it comes in refrigerated too, but I bought long life.

Finally back from the gym. Traffic was wild... lots of roadworks and bad weather.

Happy with what I did though... Noticable gains in quads strength, shoulders and arms are slower, but still ok. Stamina is a LOT better on cardio stuff... probably the area I wanted to improve most #wellbeing #gym #workout
