"THIS JUST IN: Democrats have FLIPPED the Texas State Board of Education!"

If you know *nothing* about the Texas State Board of Education, know this: They certify textbooks used in classrooms across the United States, and some parts of Canada use textbooks they certify as well. Their influence has negatively affected the state of educational materials for *decades* thanks to right-wing biases.

This is an enormous win.

Glory hole at a bar popular with lycans, with "no saber teeth" graffiti on the receiving side and a "no littering" sticker on the condom dispenser by the bathroom sink.

insert a DBZ Abridged "all these squares make a circle" meme here.

Dear UI designers,

If pixels are square, and mouse interaction zones are square,

Why the hell do you keep making everything a goddamned circle‽

Okay. For anyone who isn't familiar with aircraft? The vertical stabilizer is what lets the pilot control how the nose of the plane goes up and down. The horizontal stabilizer controls side to side motion in a similar manner.

And the mention of Alaska Airlines Flight 261? Similar terminal flight path, caused by the vertical stabilizer departing the aircraft.

Once again, here's to the NTSB investigators figuring this shit out, 'cause *fuckin' hell.*

I finally worked up the nerve to find videos.

I'm no expert, the video quality is universally ass - especially considering the velocity involved caused severe motion blur on recordings, but... That one rear-facing dashcam video that can see the aircraft's dorsal surface right before impact...?

The tail looks /wrong./

I think they somehow lost the vertical stabilizer entirely, and if that's the case, well...

Alaska Airlines Flight 261 comes to mind.

I desperately want every billionaire to get black-out drunk, then wake up naked and without ID somewhere in rural Cambodia.

Suffice to say, I am eagerly awaiting the NTSB report and hoping that emergency responders get all the therapy they need afterwards.

I strongly advise anyone who can read this to not look for video of the Learjet 60 that recently crashed in Florida, as the videos circulating are extremely traumatic.

Summary of what I know:

Edit: 600 displaced, NO ground fatalities.

- It lost 32,000 feet of altitude in about a minute.

- It came in nearly vertical within ten miles of Mar-A-Lago.

- It hit a trailer park, and at least one home is reported as destroyed as a result.

Just a thought regarding voting,

Maybe it should be /fucking illegal/ to craft ballot measures explicitly designed to cancel out something else on the very same ballot.

Lookin' at California Propositions 41 and 42 here.

The personal computer was supposed to be /personal./

Dear everyone with an orchi scheduled this month,

Congratulations on winning No-Nut November.

Look, if the Green Lanterns can have a sentient pile of math and the Yellow Lanterns can have *literally a virus,* this fandom can afford to branch out more.

There need to be more anthropomorphic concepts, formulae, and energies in the furry fandom.
