Upped the leg press and bench press weights today. I was doing OK, but right at the end of my third set of bench presses I dislocated my right shoulder. I was able to get it back in and am OK now, but I ended my session at that point. If I'm in tomorrow, I'll likely skip bench presses.
Let this be a lesson: when weightlifting, start light and only gradually, cautiously increase the weights.

The graphical installers most Linux distros come with are definitely more user-friendly, which I guess is an advantage of popularity and funding.
Hopefully I'll be OK with just the default options.
