ya true enough. If you don't mind letting the parts sit with a dab of grease on each side of where the parts connect it might work in say a week. Buuuut...also...if you removed the nut the holds the pedal onto the shaft/axle (to get more space) then take visegrips and grip REALLY tight onto the space where you would put the wrench, then start striking the visegrips with a rubber mallet...maybe...lol...and yup I have done this...
anyone know what math rock is? seriously, I am creating a bandcamp account and have never seen this term before
I’m thinking of a labor movement, but
one very different than the kind we’ve
already seen. A labor movement that
manages to finally ditch all traces of
the ideology that says that work is a
value in itself, but rather redefines
labor as caring for other people."

My name is Dorota and I'm from Poland, I love meeting new people, talking and spending time with friends and people I love. I am interested in many things such as languages, technology, music, books of course, I can't imagine my life without reading, I also like watching some good movie/TV shows, I'm also interested in science, AI, Law, Human Rights, Animals, and much, much more. I am an open-minded and friendly person who can talk about everything, I like good conversations. I'm glad I could join. Thank you. Feel free to contact me. #introductions
everyone is looking for zoom alternatives :[
proton's new meeting thing is prohibitively expensive
what are you all using to *securely* meet online??? without google; without AI surveillance (auto captions are helpful tho)
something that is easy enough for elders and non-techy people to use
there must be something out there I'm not aware of right?
Here's your monthly #Amtrak porn, #train weirdos. #RailTravel #Springfield #Masdachusetts #ILoveNewEngland
My dad is clearing out old telephony gear and it would be nice if it found a loving home.
Specifically he has 2 telco bays of DS1 channel banks with the talksets (order wire) and the wiring documentation.
As I understand it this will give you 24 64kbit/s timesliced channels (DS0s) over a T-1 line.
If this means nothing to you please forward to the telco nerd in your life.
You will need to arrange pickup from central Ohio.
A box of copies of my new book, Train Europe, just arrived!
Which reminds me - if you'd like to come along to the launch of the book at Readings Emporium at 6pm on Thursday 1 October, you'd be very welcome - please register here: https://www.readings.com.au/events/train-europe-by-tim-richards
