The last years posed hard challenges for many.

To shine a light on good things in our lives find

    1. a simple container (cardboard box, jar, old mug)
    2. paper notes
    3. a nice pen that you like writing with

Put them in a place that you pass every day. (Coffee maker, fridge, bathroom, night stand)

Let’s try building this habit together:

    - Every day, try collecting one good thing. A thought, encounter, idea, achievement or an act of kindness. No matter how small.

A large glass jar. It’s still empty, soon to get filled with one positive note after another.
A bunch of writing utensils, neatly laid out in parallel.
- An old marketing ball pen from a company long gone (CRAY Computers).
- A generic grey felt-pen. An almost fancy looking ball pen with MacLemon‘s logo on it. Yeah, just for giggles.
- An actually fancy fountain pen made from heavy, machined metal.
- A random old pencil.

Pick any writing tool *you* like!
A stash of colorful paper notes. These are the sticky kind, but they don’t have to be. Plain notes are probably even better anyway. Just use what you have left over. Can’t go wrong with either.

It‘s the first one to go into *my* jar.
