I made this case for the Monome Norns Shield by painting 3D-printed parts (the bottom is a copy of an existing design, modified for metric hardware, the top and knobs are my own). With time, patience, and filler primer, you can get really good results!

I maintain a website with a small collection of attractively typeset Tsugaru shamisen music: https://shamisen.space/

I recently made this simple through-hole MIDI In/Out/Thru interface for microcontrollers or single board computers that works on 3.3V: https://github.com/threedaymonk/midi-in-out-thru

I designed a low-cost multi-function microcontroller-based eurorack module called Pipistrelle (after the local bats): https://github.com/threedaymonk/pipistrelle
