@ChrisMayLA6 still angry but unsurprised by this. The estate I lived on had to fight Clarion, the freeholder, tooth and nail to get them to accept financial responsibility for the remediation of our fairly new new-builds. The big companies win whilst people live in their homes, unsure who foots the bill for buildings they don’t even own.
