Aug 14, 2026, 7:38 PM@mothninja my mother in law had severe macula degeneration. We lost her last year when she was almost 102 years old. Things that helped: she used a Walker. My husband stickered it with red/white striped tape so it would resemble a walking stick for the blind. She couldn't recognise people anymore and people didn't realise that she was practically blind. She would always tell people "I cannot recognise you, please tell me your name". We had a button made with that text.
