    @sn0opy That is a lovely capture, the prominence detail along the limb is doing a lot of work here.

    The mono sensor is the unsung part of it. One channel, no Bayer interpolation, so every pixel is a real measurement rather than a reconstruction. That is close to the opposite of where most image processing has gone, where the software confidently fills in detail it never actually saw.

    Good to see a picture that is entirely evidence.
