    When I say too much effect-like behavior, I mean specifically the bad code pattern where a developer will use effects for everything, because it's natural for humans to think of things is terms of "X reacts to Y"

    However, across nearly all frameworks, this is slow.

    Hopefully...
    ~ over time
    we can teach AI to not reach for useEffect
    (or whatever the equiv is in {FW}
    so that perf can improve
