@dumpsterqueer So, if I am understanding this correctly, GTS only ingests content from a relay if an administrative connection exists? IOW—if I set up a relay, I'm only pushing to it (as seen in the attached screenshot). So, a reasonable state matrix would be:

How does the user gain access to posts from a relay if an admin subscription isn't present? My understanding from another post was relays were supposed to facilitate communication between larger and smaller instances, thus encouraging users to move off large instances like mastodon.social.
