7/10/2026I would love to have a decent, repairable, European-based phone, but #Fairphone 's customer service is a disgrace.
I paid for a #Fairphone6 at the end of May. It didn't turn up; Fairphone admitted to sending it to the wrong address. I asked for refund five weeks ago, but have received nothing yet.
Options for contacting Fairphone customer service are very limited, they rarely reply, and when they do it is with platitudes. I would not trust that company.
