Terminated from first federal job last week. Looking how to bounce back?
I was let go from my federal position last week. I don’t want to go into details as I’m still trying to wrap my head around everything and go through the motions. Am I able to get hired with another federal agency in the future? Any Feds here get terminated and still have a successful career? I’m mid 30s so this wasn’t my first job. I am not sure how to go on from here. Looking for any advice on how to move forward.Edit- it was for performance issues. Not for conduct or behavior issues.
