If classifying documents results in those documents not being published openly then they'll not be available for AI training.
@ReggieHere That is a fair point but I guess these EU people will say something like, "we are already publishing all these legal proposals in 20 different languages, isn't that training data enough"
Translations are undoubtedly a useful resource for the public and AI alike, but if the documents aren't published openly then they'll not be accessible for non-EU AI companies to use.
