    The highest-paying tech companies tend to have fewer employees with long tenures. Apple, Google, Amazon & LinkedIn are outliers.

    @carnage4life this chart does explain why so many people I know have worked at Snowflake for a year or three, especially the ones who have contributed a lot to various open source data management systems, who I thought would never work for a large company
