Nov 7, 2026, 11:03 PMim pretty sure the meter on the canon demi is not fully sensitive (i understand this is unsurprisingly typical of selenium meters that are like 60 years old) so somewhat regularly ive been using an advanced photography technique known as guessing
Nov 7, 2026, 11:06 PMi guess it must have been pretty sensitive at one point because the lowest film speed this thing will let you set is iso 25 lmao. that speed barely even exists in 2026 (unless you pull your b&w i guess)
@kirakira Do you have digital Canon camera with you? If so, could take notes (of the exposures of the 2 cameras) to see where you may need to adjust after printing/scanning the negatives.
Nov 8, 2026, 4:01 AM@ax6761 yeah i've used one to cross reference it a little, it seems like it generally meters okay in well lit spaces (like in sunlight) and that's about it
@kirakira "For elsewhere, there is Manual Exposure."
Nov 8, 2026, 4:03 AM@ax6761 oh, it only has manual exposure :blobfox:
